American Veteran Advocacy (AVA) is headquartered in Sandpoint, ID but serves US Veterans all over the globe. We help Veterans with both initial claims for VA disability compensation as well as VA disability compensation appeals. We also specialize in SMC (Special Monthly Compensation) and TBI (traumatic brain injury) claims and appeals.

We will work with you through every step of the process to make sure your claim or appeal is done right. We aren’t a mega firm or organization who won’t return your phone calls, we are a Veteran-owned small business and we work hard to maintain a close one-on-one relationship with the Veterans we help. You will talk directly to the VA accredited advocate who is handling your claim or appeal.
