American Veteran Advocacy

American Veteran Advocacy (AVA) is headquartered in Sandpoint, ID but serves US Veterans all over the globe. AVA represents and advocates for Veterans and assists with the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of VA disability compensation benefit claims before the Secretary of the United States Veterans Administration.

AVA specializes in SMC (Special Monthly Compensation) and TBI (traumatic brain injury) claims and appeals, but will consider taking on other appeals on a case by case basis. All work is performed by a Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Agent.
